Fully Ewe by heritage, Nicholas was raised in a family that values hard work, discipline, and unity. These roots instilled a deep sense of responsibility and resilience that continues to shape his approach to leadership and entrepreneurship.
Though his family later settled in Tema Community 20 in the Greater Accra Region, Ewe traditions remained central to daily life. Raised on principles of respect, perseverance, and community, these values guide his professional relationships and business decisions to this day.
